PLACING A FULL ORDER:

I will then set up a custom listing for 50% of the total cost as your deposit.
PROOF:
Once you purchase your custom listing, I will send you a proof within 5 days of receiving the payment. Please ensure you check your proof thoroughly as I am not liable for any errors (e.g. spelling, grammar etc). If you have approved the artwork with those mistakes, I cannot issue refunds based on those errors.
PRODUCTION:
Please allow 4 weeks (the time will depend on the quantity) for the production from the time you have signed off the final proof. Once production is complete, I will notify you and set up a custom listing with the remaining balance of your order. After the final listing is purchased, and payment is received, I will then ship your order.
